Gore mutual made over 500 million in profit last year. How do they do this? By increasing your insurance cost by outrageous amounts. Perfect driving history with no tickets or accidents? Doesn’t matter. 200% increase. It’s disgusting and predatory. do not insure with Gore mutual. They are terrible people.

I have been a customer for several years now. The rates are reasonable. The service level is great. I haven't had any accidents but every interaction with the staff has been timely and professional. Avoid this company if you can. Doubled my insurance premium on renewal in 2024 on my rx 350 and wanted me to get a car tracker from a 3rd party company affiliated to them despite the fact that I have my personal anti-theft device that is much more effective than theirs. I cancelled that auto policy with them and they kept on debiting me 2 months after the effective cancellation date despite the fact that I had no contract with them. They are fast to fraudulently debit without an underlying contract and it takes forever to get a refund.

DONT EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. This company is a fraud. For A minor accident for my $18,000 car this company just gave me a $6000 right off which I didn’t want and I wanted to make my car repair. They didn’t repair it and took my car away just saying that the repair cost was much higher but when I cross confirm with one of my mechanics, he said that it is just $5000 which is lower than, the right amount this company is a scam $400 every month for this insurance company but in return they give you nothing trust any other company or just drive without an insurance but DO NOTTTT trust this company

Do not use this company.! They would not cover my auto claim even when I was not at fault They are a scam.! I am now out a vehicle the cost of my tow and the Individual who was drivings medical costs This was all based on a decision they admitted could be positive or negative based on circumstances they put their opinions to When I was with co operators and the exact same incident happened I received full coverage Beware.! I am charging insurance companies as soon as possible.!
