I must say Mr. Mario is exceptionally kind and very helpful, thank you!! I like this location because of the wonderful experience I had with a front desk woman a year ago. However, the new woman, Malana, is not approachable and seems rude, fails to provide information and seems frustrated with her life huh- making her a poor choice for the front desk. Nevertheless, the other staff members are wonderful, professional, and kind.

Had an overall good experience. I would recommend going as early in the morning as possible to beat the lines. Blonde woman working the front desk was very kind and compassionate. I overheard her helping a gentlemen on the computer: “It’s what I’m here for, I’m here to help” when he was struggling with something. It’s never fun coming to these places but if you have all your paperwork in order and go early in the morning you should have a pleasant experience.

I walked in Service Canada for first time which I’m glad Cambridge has a place to update documents usually when the time is right I would go to Kitchener to renew my passport. This older lady named Malana was very rude. I showed her my form she highlights parts that I have to re-write on the form I’m like okay no problem, she looks at the “Child Passport Application Form” I filled out for my child she proceeds to say oh this and that is wrong you need to do it over I’m like ok.. Malana gives me “Adult Application Form?? which I didn’t need so I said I need a child application form to re-due all of what you said for me to fix she proceeds to say “Go over there and print it out??” Suppose I didn’t know how to do that smh.. This is who Canada have working in there place of business?? Train that individual to have people skills and to be more friendly to the public…

Speedy service. Went shortly after opening, without an appointment and was seen within 20 minutes. Diane was very nice and helpful.

I live in mississauga and the line ups at passport office close by are ridiculously long. I have a child for who I was applying for and as simple as the drop off should be, the line up was way too long. I would definitely opt for the mail in option next time. I came here and waited about an hour.
