After I was hit by one of their drivers I dealt with an adjuster from a company they outsource to who cut off or denied every treatment that was helping me as “unreasonable and not necessary”. Their doctors put it all back onto me saying my injuries were “in my head”. I know what I could do before my accident and what I cannot do now. I have permanent post concussion syndrome and constant debilitating dizziness. Then there was there were the doctors they sent me to. One thought he was a comedian which was very off putting and the other had my service dog restrained by another person during the appointment because he didn’t like dogs. The later a clear violation of patient rights. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have been a customer of NKM for 10 years and just moved my car insurance over to them this year. We've have had a few claims over the years and every time they have been very responsive and quick to act. When our basement flooded they had a company over to our house within the hour. Their professionalism and respect they show there customers is exceptional and second to none. Thanks NKM for always looking out for my family!!

I am writing this message to say how much I appreciated the quick service by Nancy when my insurance card was stolen out of my car as well as my ownership, within minutes of my call to Nancy she had emailed me new forms and she actually had a copy of my ownership as well thanks Nancy,it was appreciated
