Tried to cancel a deceased family members insurance and sign off on everything, after explaining we wanted everything finished and signed papers the co-executor and myself left the office. A month later they are still trying to bill the decease' account and claim we never bothered doing the paperwork to close. Apparently you cannot cancel insurance on a dead person's property even though someone else has possession of it.

Tasha Shaw has been the best insurance agent we have ever had. She genuinely looks out for us and sought out both the best coverage for our circumstances and the best solutions when we made a claim.

Had a real estate deal in probate that was closing at the last minute.
