Having been a customer of formerly Ross' Insurance and then PIB for 37!!! years, under the new management change effective in 2023 the service is not the same. A family members (13 years with the company) insurance was cancelled without notification- and extreme unwillingness to take responsibility for their error. Right, you would think that this isn't possible, however, their lack of due diligence was past the point of repairing the situation. Everyone in our family is changing companies whenever there is a renewal. The latest family member being a customer for over 40 years has just changed. This says something in itself. I hate complaining about a local business or leaving local negative reviews, this is disappointing to have to do so.

I called PIB for a quote and spoke with Jordan Elka, he was an eminence help and answered all my questions and concerns better then any other insurance agent ever has in the past. You can count on him getting back to you in a timely fashion too. I'll be recommending this insurance to all my friends and family from now on.

We had some specialized requests for auto insurance and it went smoothly with no hiccups. Ruth Anne was a tremendous help guiding us thru what had to be done and made sure paperwork was where it needed to be when we needed it. A quick and painless transaction . Thank-you

So far my experience with them has been a total nightmare , from being misinformed about how much my coverage was going to be to the plain sloppy ness of the organization,, Was pretty much told it’s going to cost u this much for the year , to getting the policy and it being much higher ,, #justbehonest #whenusaygourgoingtocallsomeoneCALLTHEM.

Tony has tried to be very helpful in obtaining insurance for our business even though the type of insurance is hard to get. He went above and beyond and even came in on his vacation time to work on it.
