I recently switched to Stoneridge insurance, referred by a friend to account manager Kacy Warwick. My previous brokerage was bought out by a larger company & their customer service was terrible! From our first conversation, Kacy went over & above, even though I was not yet a client. She provided outstanding customer service, giving me information about discounts I wasn’t aware of & providing explanations for different options for my car insurance. I will be switching my home insurance once it comes up for renewal. I also referred my cousin & her husband who were visiting me from out of town.
