Allstate Insurance: Cornwall Agency (Phone Only) 525 Ninth St E

Having only the option to call to get service is ridiculous. I called at noon on Friday to make changes to my policy and was redirected to a voicemail box after twenty minutes on hold. Then after not getting a call back, I called again today and was on hold an additional half hour for the call to get dropped when I was being redirected by a service rep. The third time calling I waited another half hour, but a lovely British sounding employee named Andy was a massive help and solved my issue. The wait times are atrocious and unreasonable, but the employees are helpful and good at their jobs.

I have been waiting over 4 weeks to have a claim looked at with no end in sight despite a rather simple situation. There is a lack of customer service and no one is helpful at any level at answering questions or escalating claims or complaints. I would not recommend Allstate to anyone.

Debbie Villeneuve is my agent. She is awesome. Whenever I need something she is there. I needed to make corrections to my policy and a certificate. She was able to provide me with everything literally in less than 10 minutes like a true pro.

So far our experience has been professional and pleasant. Debbie Villneuve knows the insurance business and has informed us very well. Scott helped me with getting Drivewise working so looking forward to recording our next trip.

I just want to thank you for not responding to my email or phone calls. And because of your neglect to get back to me I found this awesome insurance guy who gave me the best customer service ever. A big thumbs down to Allstate
