We decided to switch our home and auto insurance to another company due to poor service. We decided to use Allstate and it was Deborah Villeneuve at Allstate that took care of this transition. As we do not change companies very often we were a bit apprehensive but Deborah with her experience and professionalism made this very easy and pleasant. Deborah listened to our concerns and spent as much time that was needed to see that we had what we wanted in our policies. Everything was explained very clearly and the whole thing was painless. I highly recommend Deborah for your insurance needs.
