I had a wonderful experience getting life insurance for myself and my family for the first time. I had many questions and Charlene Champagne welcomed each question with a smile, and a friendly answer. She is very prompt with replying to e-mails. I would highly recommend working with Charlene for all of your life insurance needs.

I called in to remove 1 car from my file ,I spoke to Tracey Quiring about the update . Unbeknownst to me she cancelled all my vehicles. I was driving around without insurance and didn't know about it for a few days . I decided to double check with ( Jonathan) at billings to find out my new payments and schedule, he informed me of the big errors and told me they would fix it . Knowing this I decided to go speak to Tracey in person to see if she would apologize and explain how this could happen.... She decided to double down and act like it was a simple billing error and never acknowledged that I was driving without insurance. Further more she threw her co-worker (Jonathan) under the bus by insinuating that it was all his fault . All I wanted was a simple apology from her . I was so disappointed of her un professionalism that I had to close my file .
