Please be diligent when your renewals come up. I was under the impression brokers tried to always find families the best possible rates given their insurance needs. 6 weeks ago I paid 2100 yearly in full for a 2015 Honda civic, upon receiving a second opinion they were able to find me a policy for the same coverage at 1300. Insane savings that shocked me into believing Rozon insurance has some very qualified and eager competitors. Simple to cancel with little penalty made this a rather acceptable option, by no means is this bad mouthing my broker but my money is being spent with Jessie @ McDougall Hunt insurance brokers going forward. Worth taking a look and asking a few questions to be safe, IM, this company didn't have my back.

Rozon Insurance is a very good company . My Parents were with this company over 60 years . I have been with the company a few years and intend to continue with them in the future. Tammy and staff are excellent. Fast and efficient. Thank you for your excellent service .
Please note that I cannot leave a 0 star rating here. At first , as new home buyers, we were welcomed in the doors in what we viewed was a fast and efficient process. Our broker was very informative and nice; however, we were then served with a notice after 50 days that our insurance was being cancelled in 15 days. No chance for communication just a final warning notice in the mail....without at least a first warning notice. When we called and found out that their inspector walked the land after we'd missed their arrival (We'd been available almost all day but never had a knock on the door the day of the inspection) they gave us 10 days to fix what they didn't like. We thought it was over and okay when Rozon called us back and we were happy to inform them the issue was resolved, but the women on the phone (Not our broker) was rude and talked over us, and concluded with a refusal to renew our contract. Again this is all in 50 days as new house owners and within meeting their 10 day requirement for solution. The customer service was horrid. Never had we been spoken to on the phone in the manner that was used by the girl that represented Rozon. Statements like, "Are you done?", "That's not how it works", "Yeah well there's nothing I can do" with a most annoyed tone and attitude that made the blood boil. You can be sure that nor will we recommend Rozon but we will be moving on.
