I went on a Friday afternoon and they were very busy and I did have to wait over an hour before I was served. That being said, I was greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable employee who warned me of the wait time right from the beginning. I spent the hour hearing the staff patiently work through the wide variety of questions with kindness the entire time. When it was my turn, the employee was super nice and worked quickly to get the job done. I was very happy with my experience!

Amazing service and fast. In and out in no time for our passports. Great location so happy we have it so close to home. The guy serving us named Matt is awesome! Give that guy a raise!

We went thrice for passport & other servers, & the staff especially Shye- Ann has commendable customer services experience , In v young age she render the services sounds that she has alot exp . OnCe I met Team leader Anne Marie she has outstanding patience to listen to queries just like a doctor, , the staff treat you equally, they don't care you are English , French or Immigrant. HATS OFF TO the manager Paolo & Anne Marie to hire a wonderful team, their customers services reminds me my British manager who always reiterate " that smiles doesn't cost anything ".The manager and team leader has given smile table to the staff :).. applying Passport from here only take 13 days incl holidays, rather than visit Monteal or ottawa, best place for all serves. Salute to all.
