Over the years of dealing with this brokerage, I have experienced lack of attention year over year in maintaining a great price for our families insurance needs. Great out of the gate, but needed prompting to maintain good rates. Our current insurer, economical, gouged us when I had to change vehicles part way through our policy. I have found another brokerage through lowestrates.ca and we are saving 40% on our car insurance and 10% on our house insurance. I would recommend shopping around before settling on Heart lake insurance brokers.

I phoned about getting a quote to insure my van and received little to no help from any of the employees here. Being from out of province I realize my request may not have been the easiest or straight-forward to fulfill however they were certainly not interested in rising up to the challenge. Each time I was able to speak with someone they assured me they would contact me sometime during the next day. Unfortunately this never occurred. Whenever I phoned back I would be told they were away for lunch (at 2:30pm I thought this was odd but maybe not) or if I did speak to a broker they would (again) assure me they would get more information and phone me back tomorrow but of course never did. It has been over a month now and I still need to get my van insured. If you need vehicle insurance I strongly suggest avoiding Jones Deslauriers Insurance.

Great service from great people. They saved me 30% on my auto insurance and the process was a breeze. The hardest part was getting through to my old insurer to cancel my existing plan. Highly recommended.
