Horrible customer service, trillium thinks it’s acceptable to take any amount of money from your bank without contacting you even if it isn’t what was disclosed in your premium payment statement. And then refuse to do anything about their error. Choose a different insurance company

Absolutely terrible to deal with. Unprofessional and frankly useless. Will deny any claim you make by sending incompetent overworked companies that fail to fully investigate cause, after claiming the well known restoration company you requested was "closed". Treats their customers like idiots and don't even pretend to care. Save yourself the aggravation and find another insurance company that will actually protect your home, because they WON'T!

I have a spotless record, no missed or late payments, when my renewal came through my rate went up 31%. The increase was blamed on covid and the slow time to get cars repaired due to parts shortage.

Refused to write off a car that needed almost $10k in work done to it. Got the work done, car returned to me not working - now insurance hanging up on me and not speaking to me. Will not take credit for the problems caused in the accident. Spotty communication, extremely rude on the phone, unresponsive, and terrible all around. Not to mention expensive. Do not ever go to this insurance place.
