After 51years of driving I had my first incident while driving on a slushy highway in which my truck ended up in the ditch. I had the good fortune of having a very professional, understanding and sympathetic insurance advisor Stacey Fleming who took care of everything. Showing empathy in the situation, and wanting to make sure no one was hurt or injured, to contacting the adjuster, letting me know what was covered, while following up with me, and helping send information back and forth. I have been fortunate to have never had to go through this situation and yet as circumstances would have it, thankful to have Stacey help me out with all my insurance needs on this occasion. Thanks

I get amazing service from Stacey here in Red Lake, previous agents and companies have made me question the need for an agent as opposed to dealing directly with insurance companies but with Stacey the value added is amazing, never would I imagine dealing directly.
