Natalie that answers the phone is extremely rude and has no manners, whatsoever. I was in the middle of explaining something to her and as I was mid-talking, she literally cut me off and kept saying “you need to talk to your broker, you need to talk to your broker” and as I’m in the middle of saying, “I would like to switch brokers,” she didn’t even let me finish speaking and immediately transferred my call over to my broker that’s been giving me a hard time. I’ve never spoken to anyone so rude in “customer service” in my life. There was a point in February where I ended up getting charged for a random persons insurance. Not even sure how my name or banking information got on their policy as the insurance company says that only the broker handles this. It’s incredibly sketchy and I would never recommend this All Risks location OR Ecehelon Insurance to anyone, even if I hated them. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Literally a joke.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff here actually did me a good service up until I got a lower quote with another insurance company and I'll be eternally grateful for that BUT. They don't look towards getting you lower quotes even when your record may have been clear throughout the year. If you're already in business with them or need to switch or cancel... may God help you. Took weeks to get even basic responses, they take your call but no call back, you're told "Buck is here or there" or straight up ignore you. Don't bother trying to go in person to settle any issues as they cower behind COVID protocols shoo you away. To anyone searching for insurance please look anywhere but here.

Great insurance brokers! I've had multiple insurance policies with them, they are honest and had gotten very competitive rates. Borys is great to deal with and would recommend him anytime, great service and will try his best to get you a good rate and explain all the options and conditions before signing anything. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Gave them a call and within 1 second of trying to explain the situation, the receptionist abruptly interrupted me and with a rude tone asked if I was a client. Shockingly, I said no and quickly transferred me over to someone who wasn't even at their desk. I tried to call a second time, and the call was cancelled on me. It's unfortunate they are not interested in new clients. 0/100 customer service.
