I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Manal Mansa, an insurance broker, which has resulted in the cancellation of my policy. I was insured with her for the past two years, but without my knowledge, my policy was cancelled. This negligence has caused my new premium to double. Furthermore, Manal Mansa has been unresponsive and unhelpful in addressing this issue. Her lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this broker, who has demonstrated a complete lack of competence and regard for her clients' needs.

Worst insurnace broker ever experienced. One of many things you cant reach them easily once you have fallen in there trap of insurance, secondly these guys have lots of hidden fees about which you come to know when your payments are on the brink of deducting from your account , thirdly I informed them a month ago from my cancellation date that i dont want to renew my insurance they responded that everything is fine and the policy is cancelled still on the renewal date they deducted funds from my account. Moreover I referred these guys to one of my friends when i first got my insurance and these guys did the same thing with him too they charged him hidden fees . ONE SHOULD NOT LIKE NEVER EVER GO WITH THESE GUYS .
