Coachman Insurance Company 10 Four Seasons Pl

Very bad experience. Tried to put insurance on pause due to a three month vacation. Was told could not do that. So they told me I can cancel the policy and get it again. Now I’ve been charged for no reason and they are telling me that now because it was canceled. Don’t know why I was told to cancel the policy. I guess they get commission for activation and cancellation. Great job guys, you guys sure know what to do. Thank you for the collections notice that I received without and consent.

Worst insurance ever. Don’t bother wasting your time with them. They never pick up or answer anything. It’s better to have no insurance than to go with them.

Absolute garbage. Them, combined with a garbage broker made for a nightmare of an experience. 0 leniency, 0 real communication. No motivation to work things out with customers. Just pure trash.

Horrible customer service, the lady named Joanne is rudest person i’ve come across. Stay away from these scammers!!

I pre paid 2 months when I started and paid extra on every monthly payment because that’s what they request and I would only have 9 payments in the year . Now they are saying I need to pay them 12… and when you call and tell them they wrong they hang up on you .. terrible customer service
