Intact Service Centre ON M8Z 5X7

I have been here twice now due to some bad luck and I must say these people are amazing! It’s a one stop body shop where you could also receive a rental with enterprise while you’re car is being repaired. Ashima Malhotra the representative is patient and understanding with a great sense of humour. Dave Falhone the manager has done an amazing job creating an environment where his staff feel empowered and inspired to provide solutions for clients. Thank you Intact/Belair direct, you make having insurance worthwhile!

What an excellent experience!! My car needed some attention after a repair done in April and everything went incredibly smooth. Chris took such good care of me and explained everything that was done and needed to be done so I could understand. He was quick efficient and very friendly.

I went a few weeks ago to this Intact service location due some bad luck during a snowstorm. It was minor, but I’m not experienced in these matters so I was unsure about what to do & how it would go. Chris & Waheb were amazing! They put my mind at ease right away. They were able to fix my problem before my appointment even started! I’m so grateful for the way they showed up that day to help me, explain everything to me in detail & truly overdeliver on my expectations. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Brought my vehicle for service. When I picked it up there was garbage that was left inside my vehicle. I notified the person at the desk and she didn’t seem bothered. I called couple of times and was told they will detail my car bla bla bla. It was on February and until today nobody has reached out. This is a disappointing and a very poor experience!!! My car is brand new and came back with markings of ink like someone was drawing. They even left their own garbage inside!!

My experience here after a collision was reasonable and well taken care of by Chris, Tim, and Eduarda. Not what I expected from an insurance company, who by default always give you a hard time which wasn’t the case with Intact so I recommend them.
