I can't believe these guys didn't even bother getting back to me with a quote after many attempts to get in touch with someone from the sales team. Plus their receptionist is far away from having good customer service. Anyway they just lost a good customer no way ill give them business

Had a pretty bad experience with Excalibur.When I purchased a home and tenant policy, the agent Joshua was very quick and efficient in providing quotes.I was happy with the service so referred and spread the word around my social circle how good this company was.I was paying a total of $184 for auto+tenant insurance.Then when I recently bought my own house on Feb 28th these guys dropped the bomb.I was given a quote of $395.81 per month to be paid in two installments for the rest of the year before my insurance renews on May 21 which is roughly 2 months. Talking to their team is like scaling a 50 ft wall. Not at all happy with their service as a good company not only runs on sales but on service too.I would give a minus 5 star if I had the option. Please stay away from this company, and I will definitely spread a word around my friends and social groups about the bad experience that I have encountered. Thank God I did not have any claim, or these guys would have given me a shocker.

Reached out for a quote and after a week no reply. If this is the customer service they provide before you sign on the dotted line, I can't imagine what kind of service you will receive when something actually happens.
