I'm a long-time Co-operator's client and have been with the Richard Van Dyke Group for ages. Last month, I had my first car accident. The process of opening a claim etc. was all new and along the way there were a lot of questions and a few frustrations. Yesterday was a particularly frustrating day regarding my policy and the information coming from a claims adjustor, so I decided to call Richard's Guelph office and see if they could help me. I spoke with Michelle Mccombie there who was not only empathetic, she was brilliantly helpful and laid out everything I needed to know. It was one phone call that replaced a number of frustrating emails and I can't tell you how comforting it was to just hear a friendly voice relay all the information I needed.
