Scott Penner is nothing but a scam, he took money from my father's account without his authorization and would do nothing to help or fix the matter... Just horrible Customer service with Scott and his receptionist Liz....They say there here to help and all he wants is to take your money and that's it!! I have never spoken to a ruder company in my life and for someone who sells insurance, buyers beware!!! I never knew money can be taken out of a customers account without their authorization or any form of documentation that this is going to be taking place but Scott for sure got his money....
