Very early in my driving career, I was incredibly fortunate enough to have the absolute pleasure of running into Gerri from Co-operators. It is hard to put into words what it meant for one of my first dialogues to be with her when I was navigating the insurance industry as a young teenager without any peers or elders to help guide my way. She was exactly the right person I needed, at one of the most challenging times of my life as a whole Gerri is honest, straightforward yet sweet and genuinely concerned for the individuals under her care. I remember it like it was yesterday and I was incredibly nervous to go ahead and purchase my first car. She swept all my worries away with her presence of mind, her natural knowledge of the field and never once felt like she was trying to upsell or coerce me into anything. Everything was centered around understanding what I needed and how to get that to me as hassle-free as possible. Never was she impatient or unprofessional, and her genuine care extended BEYOND what hours she 'was available in the office'. I will never need another liasion in regards to insurance, because she will be the one I forward all my friends and family to. She is a trusted name in the industry and I can't ever stop thanking her for what she meant to me during young adulthood and not knowing who to trust. I have been dealing with this office for as long as I can remember.. Everyone there has always been efficient and friendly.
