If I could give less stars I would. They NEVER take payments on time, then they use it against you as a non payment. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Theresa was the most unpleasant person I've dealt with, very unprofessional and takes no accountability what so ever. When I first took over a policy, my papers had multiple errors that I had to call head office to correct. Letters were not being mailed to me and the office did not reach out (this is life insurance). They went and cancelled my policy with no letter or phone call and then continued taking money out. They set you up for failure. This has been the worst experience. Do not recommend

My husband and I had the absolute worst experience with the company and their employees. Theresa was the rudest representative I have ever dealt with. We had to cancel our insurance due to the fact they could not provide us with a specific coverage for my husbands commercial business, upon cancellation we were treated extremely poorly. When I tried to explain the reason for cancelling I received very rude and condescending tone and was spoken to as if I had no clue what I was talking about. They charged us a ridiculous cancellation fee, even though they could not provide the services that we needed and this was not explained to my husband upon signing the agreement. Plus a fee for services that were not rendered. I would NOT even waste your time consulting with these people unless you want very poor service, to be treated like you are beneath them, to pay way above most other providers are offering and to be called back hours, sometimes even days after trying to speak with someone within their office. Truly the worst experience ever.

We were first referred to Dave over 30 years ago when we purchased our first home in Hamilton. Over all of these years we have remained with him because he is one of the most amazing, professional, and truly caring people in the business. Clearly, over so many years we have had to give him a call or two about unfortunate events. They were always dealt with so quickly that we have always felt WE were the lucky ones to have found him! I recommend calling Sandra for all your residential and commercial needs. Trust me when I say it's worth the call to Sandra.
