Very untrustworthy people. I was lied to by one of the agents about receiving free accident forgiveness while all the time I was paying into it. When I tried to explain it to Mr Jasin Willock he showed no empathy and basically blew me off. I was painted out to be a liar. Jessica lacks empathy and is super rude. They listed an accident that was not my fault, obviously my car was fixed by the faulted driver insurance as just a “collision “ which makes it difficult to get a good rate with another company to con you to say with them. I guess they all are shady sales agents. I will be canceling as soon as I can! STAY AWAY!!!!
