Absolutely horrible service! They screwed us on our home insurance by directing us to the insurance company for an inquiry which was not a claim. As a result, we lost our home coverage all together. Darling did nothing to fix the issue. They don’t care about their clients and don’t show any kind of urgency in times of need. Do not use! Terrible, terrible service.

Everything started out great with darling, but as the years have gone by the quality of service has dwindled. Constant incorrect information, late quotes, and lack of caring about the client.

Best broker around, treat you like family. Dara is great! Been with Darling for approx 13 to 20 years. Home and auto. I wouldnt use anywhere else.

I called them 10 days prior to the 30 days of my policy renewing to shop around for new quotes. I spoke with Allison who told me they would shop for better rates and contact me back. The following week, no one contacted me back, so I followed up. I was assured that she’s going to run quotes she just needs to wait 30 days prior to my policy renewing. The following week I did not receive any response but was still assured quotes were being prepared. The 3rd week after contacting darling, no one had contacted me back with quote, so I followed up again. My file was randomly transferred to Natasha after trying to get in touch with Allison for 2 full weeks. Natasha and I emailed back and fourth for the following 2 weeks and by time quotes were run, my monthly term was 10 months increasing the total amount I would have paid overall, taking into account my payment schedule. I was left with the tough decision to stay with my current insurance company even though I was uncomfortable with the higher numbers. I deal with this same issue every year! I even contacted them myself to run quotes but because of their negligence to do things in a timely manner, I pay the price for their mistake every year. I wish I never contacted them 6 years ago and feel stuck with a brokerage company that ultimately doesn’t care about their customers!
