Email a month ago to set up a time to review my renewal.... crickets. Called and left a voicemail....crickets again. It's time to move on.

I've had fwo/krg for about 20 yrs. They really helped me out when I was younger. They helped me out when TD insurance screwed me. They use to be the absolute cheapest and best service around I would get a call once a year letting me know the new rate asking if I wanted to bundle or change providers based on that new number. Lately though I've not had those calls and when I shopped around I found alot of my new policy's were high, some were even double. I hate to do it but I've had to start pulling my policy's out of here...

My personal broker is great. Only issue is they are MONTHS behind on documents and policies. My policy update took 3 months to become effective when I added a car. Same with when I removed a vehicle from my policy

They used to be a great insurance company when they were on William St, now they have no personal care to the clients and most of the time. They do not look or notify you if there are other options to save you money which is why you have a broker. I moved our business and our vehicle insurance and saved over $1000.00 a month by searching myself and changing my broker.
