Not only did the agent, Candice Beck, fit us in for an appointment, on short notice, but she took her time explaining to my mother the policy renewal process and what everything meant. On top of this, my mother had to put a claim in and the entire process was seamless. I highly recommend Westland (Fenelon Falls) Insurance and, specifically, Candice Beck.
