I've been using westland for quite a few years now and it's honestly been great! Kelly Patrick has always been very helpful and responsive whenever I need help with a policy, or when I have any questions about my coverage. When I set up my house insurance, she took extra care to make sure that I had all the right coverage for my needs. One thing that I love about having her as my broker, is that she's never pushy and has never made me feel like I NEED to go in a particular direction. She's always made sure I have all the facts and can make a well-informed decision, backed by her years of experience. There's a reason I've stayed with Kelly and westland. The proof is in the pudding. I'd rate more than 5 stars if I could.

We received excellent prompt and knowledgable service with extremely helpful advice regarding auto insurance for a young male driver. The Broker helped us find the best rate and with accident forgiveness and took the time to explain everything carefully. Plus a real person answers the phone when we call and there are experienced brokers to speak with at all times!! Westland level of service is head and shoulders above that provided by our existing insurance company which utilizes a télé-system with ridiculous wait times and poorly trained agents. When renewal approaches for our policies for the rest of our insurance needs, we will be switching to Westland Brokers (and Susan in particular!).

My experience with Westland Insurance Group out of Lindsay Ontario was exceptional thanks to Candice Beck. Her guidance, of what was needed to achieve information I was requesting gave me satisfaction to move forward with my issue. Thanks Westland for hiring such a competent employee.

Candice was very responsive and met my short time deadline well in advance despite a lack of much advance notice. Just the type of service I have come to expect from Stewart Morrison. Becoming Westland Insurance hasn’t hurt the service level.
