If I could give Desjardins no stars I would. I faithfully paid my car insurance for 20 years then I got in a not at fault accident three months ago and I have still not received a fair settlement. They attempt to manipulate customers into taking low ball offers by threatening to take away their rental coverage and drawing out the settlement process so they need to pay multiple car payments. If you are unlucky enough to be a customer I suggest you run. If you are not yet a customer, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
