I have been a client of Nicol Insurance for many years and have always had favourable experiences. However, my dealings with Scott McGregor, at the Port Elgin site has been the best. Not only did Scott inform me of a stop payment my bank had made in error, he worked deligently with me to correct this error. With Scott's assurance and step by step assistance this matter was rectified very little stress or anxiety. I have nothing but gratitude for the way Scott handled this situation.

I have been dealing with them for over 14 years now since they helped me get insurance on a vehicle when I first moved back from Alberta. Tanya has been very helpful on many occasions even after I moved away from Orangeville I still personally keep my insurance with them. They have always been cheerful and will search out the best deals to cover you and your needs.

I just signed an auto policy and not only did Ana take the time to find the right coverage for me, she also found me a very reasonable price. You guys are awesome!

Not impressed with this company at all! Their service is unimpressive. When I had an account manager it was great, but then he left and no communication thereafter. In addition, my spouse’s request has been met with silence!
