Excellent customer service and extensive knowledge by Adam Rollins is the reason we're now insured through All-Risks Insurance Brokerage. Our previous broker was great on sign up but after that it was a chore to get a hold of to discuss our changing insurance needs. Adam picks up when I call and is very easy to talk to about any issue regarding our insurance. I received an email from Mackenzie Reeson following up on an online insurance quote I had made. Adam was helping me out by that time, but Mackenzie was very responsive and incredibly polite. I also reside in London ON and Mackenzie is in the Chatham area, but I would highly recommend getting a hold of All-Risks there and ask for her! You will NOT be disappointed. Brokers are very professional and care about people.They don't run for sales and i have to run behind for great coverage and wow premium. They have lot of companies and explain you want they offered and the reason making a tailor made coverage with good coverage protecing me highly recommended
