Gave plenty of notice to cancel policies rather then renew, due to price incease and no response from our original agent . No return phone calls as requested by us . Forms were sent in etc. No response from 2 different agents, including one we have used for over 10 years. Payments were still coming out. No return calls, or email confirmations as requested by me . Due to all this I will no longer ever recommend this company. So stressfull when it should have been a simple transaction and if our agent or even another one had communicated with us as we requested, we probably would not have switched companies.

In a day and age that customer service is a hit and miss, I can personally attest that Allison and Kendall Anderson at Arthur J. Gallagher care 100% about their customers and their customer's customers! They go beyond the call of duty! We had a Resident who needed an updated COI for the most urgent personal reason (no need to go into that) and although Kendall was on vacation, Allison was able to help because everything is so well organized and running smoothly! With tears of joy our Resident was overjoyed to receive the Certificate the Bank NEEDED, and everything went through as smooth as silk. I wanted to do more than just say thank you, so I hope this review helps and brings you the same happiness that it brought myself and my Resident. Thank you x 1,000,000!

I have been dealing with Craig Vella for a few years now, and have had no issues at all. I'm happy with the price I'm paying and don't want to go elsewhere. Craig gets back to me quickly and provides answers to any questions I have. I missed a payment once and called him on his lunch but he got back to me within 10 minutes and solved the problem. Would definitely recommend to others.
