Was sent a letter saying i need to call to resolve something or my policy will be terminated. Spent 2 hrs and transferred to 5 different people just to get zero resolution in regards to my policy. Don't even know if I'll have coverage or if I'll be able to refill my prescriptions. Customer service completely incompetent. If anyone from this company is reading this and can actually help me I'm in urgent need of a resolution.
Been having issue for the past 4 months with overpayments where after paying back they continued to take out the same amount for next 3 claims. Terrible communication between departments if there even is any. One person can't do anything without putting it on hold for 1-5 business days, and that turns into never getting back ever. Been out quite abit of money since late January. I'm posting this to the London branch because it's where I was told to send the payment. I've tried contacting through the phone/ email form with the same get back to you soon, 13 business days since last contact. Hoping to get somewhere on here.
I have to give one star to be able to write this review. They deserve minus million stars. Canada life sucks. They took over public Service benefit plan. Since they have taken over, it is nothing but misery and disappointments. They don’t care. They are only in this for money. They have one policy- “Denied”. They issue bulletins and they don’t follow on their own bulletins. Don’t know how many more years public servants have to deal with Canada Life as the service providers. I wish Treasury Board have done their home work before allocating Canada life this Contract to manage benefits for federal workers.
Very easy to deal with. Polite and efficient. I was only able to give minimal information about my account and she looked up my name and had everything in my file.
More than a month behind on processing claims after I confirmed coverage and payable to clinic still held for processing and changed payable to patient. Even after they processed my husbands claim (a dependent on the plan) properly and payable to clinic. No standard across the board. Can’t trust anything they say.
