Run from this company. Run fast Run far. Don't look back LIARS THEIVES. Refused to give me a refund. I've contacted a lawyer I'd give a million zeroes if I could.
I have had multiple issues with this company, My insurance lapsed once, my advisor has been changed 4 times and when they leave the company your file sits in limbo, I am now chasing an insurance binder for a house closing tomorrow. when I try to be proactive about getting quotes for insurance in advance I am told they can't do anything until closer to and call back and then they say just go with the same company we will sort it out next year. Emails don't get responded to for days. Make sure you follow up with them otherwise it will get dropped.
If you like being talked down to and being rude to your customers this place is a gem if your into it. If it wasnt so difficult to switch companies I would of left already. Dont walk run from these clowns

I struggled between a one or two star review. I have been with McConville Omni for probably close to ten years, if not longer. When I first found them I was quite impressed. Easy to work with, responsive, my agent was excellent and things were overall extremely smooth. I don't know what has happened over the last 18 months or so. My agent randomly changed to someone named Nick who literally never returns calls or responds to emails. I moved and had to change address, so I called/emailed and my premiums changed (for the better) but I found out months later that they never actually changed the address. Once I found out I played email/phone tag for about three weeks with him attempting to get someone to change it to the accurate info and then surprise surprise my premiums shot up, no explanation, no warning, no communication, nothing. Now for the past month I've been trying to contact someone to change banking information after switching institutions. I sent around five emails and made around five calls and left messages over the course of two weeks and received zero replies. I tried to call my insurance company directly and they steered me back to the broker. After weeks of trying on finally had someone send me the proper form and immediately sent it back two or so weeks before the billing date. They said if it doesn't get switched over in the it'll attempt the old account and of that doesn't work they'll try the new account. The billing date came and went and they haven't taken the insurance money yet. I've tried to call the broker and also sent an email and was greeted with auto replies. They're back in the office now (not Nick someone else) and I've left two messages and sent another email and literally radio silence. No communication, nothing. I don't know what's going on with my car insurance, or what is going on with this place now. I've been a customer as I said now for over ten years and it was always great, now it looks like I need to find a new broker for my new renewal.
