This is the worst company ever .. I have been hurt from work place. Ive tried to pay as much as i can with my wsib monday not enough was hoping they can help me with take this off my hands they denied me .. I try calling then to figure out why they blocked me so i cant get a hold of them .. I dont know what kind of insurance they provide but its honestly the worst. Ill tell anyone not to get it its a waste of time and money!

I took a loan through money mart and took the insurance package as well. I got laid off of work in June and I started a claim, as per their policy that states if you are laid off they will make your payments untill you return to work. I filled out all the paper work sent in my ROE and everything they asked for. Can you belive these people denied my claim after I spent thousands of dollars paying them . These guys are scammers... I was fighting for my own money that I paid them. I quickly canceled my insurance after paying them for an entire year. Don't waste your time with these people. Money mart needs to find a reliable insurance company to work with.

They don't answer their phone or return calls. If you can't reach your insurance, you cant file a claim. Do not purchase insurance from there.

Total scam , waste of money to get insurance from this company.This company is a joke. First they act as If they will take care of everything but then they do not even answer the phone calls, after so many voice messages that I sent and more than a month of following up my claim, They Just emailed me and sent a cheque less than what was on my contract. Do not use this company.

Worst customer relations experience I’ve ever been through in my life. They have extremely bad and worthless customer service and they don't listen to their customers at all.
