Horrendous experience with this company after my car tire fell off. At present I have been without a vehicle for 6 weeks. When the accident occurred I panicked and towed the car to my regular mechanic where it sat for 3 WEEKS waiting for a claims adjuster to come and view the damage. My agent knew the car was at that shop and never once mentioned that it needed to be moved to an approved body shop. When that information was finally provided to me the approved shop has taken the last 3 weeks to redo the estimate already done by the insurance adjuster. To say this has been the worst, more frustrating experience ever is an understatement. I am already shopping for new insurance and would NOT recommend this agency to anyone.

I have my business at another office and am yet again moving soon, out of area. Needed to insure a trailer. Despite there being no benefit to this office, they went out if their way to help me out and I had everything I needed, printed by them and ready to go, in 5 minutes. This kind of attitude is of the highest order. I commend Kayla and the staff there for their generosity of time and resources. Well done.
