Asked to cancel policy. They did not cancel and continued to charge. VERY RUDE STAFF would not contact me to tell me details about my policy. I was told "its not my job to track you down". My account there is about 15 years and have been in contact via mail and phone. Plain LAZYNESS Many people have left this company in the last few years due to the new staff and high level of incompetence. Do you due diligence and don't get ripped off by these people. They are no where near the company they used to be. VERY RUDE
