Mink Insurance Services (A Division of McDougall Insurance Brokers) was referred by close family who also have their home insurance through them. We initially contacted Jason to get a home insurance quote for a new house we bought. From the start, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. He presented us with a few different options for Home/Auto and worked quickly to get our quote ready in order to save us cancellation penalties on our existing policies. Rhonda Smith filled in admirably when our regular account manager was off sick. We needed to get vehicle on the road fairly quickly and she was able to make that happen. I know it isn’t easy to fill in for another account manager when you are already maxed out with your own clients.
