Andrew’s customer service skills need some further coaching. Ok rates. Terrible customer service. I’d spoken to three different reps and I believe David was the most polite and knowledgeable by far. He let me know that waiting just one week longer would impact my insurance in a positive way. I’ve been given the run around consistently across the board with all other members from quotes to initializing my policy. I will update my review once the transaction actually is completed. If you’re willing to sacrifice quality of communication and treatment as a customer for a cheaper price by all means go with NFP.

Quoted me the wrong price in a motorcycle by entering the wrong year that the bike was bought. I go and buy the bike and call back and they tell me the insurance is more. I wouldn't have bought the bike had I known. Make sure you get quotes in writing because you cannot trust them to honor a quote. Or better yet, go somewhere else for insurance.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Andrew regarding an urgent matter, he was so polite and rushed to make it happen. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Andrew exceeded that. Mary W
