I called left two msg and no one call me back even the manger there not picking up the phone worst customer service I ever see

very unprofessional costumer service. their representative or advisors are extremely rude on the phone. they would put you on hold and hung up for no reason and never call back. they never look for solutions and they keep referring to the ( insurance company ). Their Broker Shereen blocked my number !! in order no hear my complain

Ms. Jen Arel has been my agent for years. She' s very accomodating whenever I have questions. She treats us not just clients but as a family. She provides the best customer service one can ever experience. I highly recommend Ms. Jen Arel.
