Was a pleasure dealing with Arashveer Kang. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They helped me find the best insurance plan for my needs and made the entire process smooth and easy. Highly recommend their services.

Arash was the agent I spoke with to add on home insurance to my account. He was accommodating of my time as I work odd hours and he is very knowledgeable. He helped me to the best of his ability and answered all my questions. Initially, I inquired for a quote then spoke with another insurance company for comparison. The customer service was lacking and felt the agent was not motivated to help. I decided to go with Allstate because they gave the more affordable quote and service is spectacular. I referred my mother in law to Arash and she was also extremely pleased with the service.

Our agent at Allstate was Luv Sachdev and we had a great experience with him. Luv was very informative and quick to respond with any questions we had and was clear about the process. He helped us secure a great rate for home insurance and letting us know about discounts that helped lower our rate.

Allstate is the worse insurance company out here. Their brokers make stupid mistakes and instead of fixing the situation that they created they would rather cancel you and mess you up big time!!! Biggest scamming company ever! They actually fired my broker because of his mishandling of the policies he’s put into place and you would think they would go through all of his work and rectify things. But instead they make things out to be your fault and turn everything against you! I am unable to get insurance anywhere else because of ALLSTATE! Please do not get insured with this company for your own peace of mind! They will scam you for every penny you work for. They took $982 from my account and I thought I was all good until August only for them to take another pre- authorization for $156 like why would you do that?? What an inconvenience this was! And then ALLSTATE prides themselves on the fact that they give you accident forgiveness for your first accident! But this is not true. They pick and choose who should be eligible to get it. Even tho I paid for it every month. LONG STORY SHORT DO NOT CHOOSE ALLSTATE!!! I hope my experience can save you from going with them! This is a very honest review. Not bias at all!
