Joginder Singh was my agent for my first car insurance. He was super helpful. He understood my needs and requirements and gave me a very good deal. He was very receptive and understanding of all my questions and took time to explain all the details of the policy. Would definately recommend him and RBC insurance if you are looking to get a car or want to switch to a new insurance provider.

I was initially experiencing difficulty accessing a return on premiums from an RBC Critical Care Insurance Policy when I reached 75. There were many, many phone calls, but no response other than the issue was noted and they were working on it. Close to a month passed. However, when I finally connected with the correct department there was resolution. Richard Thompson, Regional Director Life, Health & Wealth and one of the accounting staff facilitated the claim and ensured I did receive all my funds the next day. Both exemplified service and even followed up and phoned me back to make sure the issue was now resolved. Gratitude.
