Our family recently had an insurance claim due to a flood, and staff from Unica (David Collins) came rushing to our aid. While we received the coverage we were entitled to, the exceptional customer service went far beyond our expectations. David was incredibly caring, thoughtful, and guided us through the entire process when we didn’t know what next steps were. He provided the support we needed, and the home has been fully restored. We had a Basement flood. The team at Unica insurance was fantastic especially David. They got into the home within a few hours of our phone call started drying, and ripping out all the wet drywall. We’re very fast and prompted on giving us solutions when he came to fixing everything back to the way it was if not better I would highly recommend.
