I would like to thank Patricia Chipman for many many years of loyal, caring service. She went above and beyond for our family many times. If it wasn't for Patricia we would have changed to another insurance company. I'm sure Mr. Trinder is also good at his job. But he never once ever reached out to introduce himself or to question whether or not we were happy with Desjardins. Unfortunately loyalty only goes so far. Now we are switching insurance companies. I will miss Pat very much. I truly hope he knows what a great service Patricia provides his clients.

The man who helped me, Darryl , was a pleasure to talk to. He answered all my questions and concerns quickly and was very professional and polite. I needed my insurance the same day I was picking up the car so I was worried about getting in time and he read my email first thing in the morning and we got it done no problem.
