I used to be with cooperators because I was always told they are the best. Ever since Tony hasn't been around this location its an absolute mess. Very poor customer service. They will treat you like you're nothing but their pay check. They have zero respect for clients and if you'd like a response in time about anything give it a week or more because thats when you'll get a response. Oh and to add salt to the wounds they will lie to you just to make you happy I was lied to multiple times about many things just so they could take more money from me. Im glad I left cooperators.

I have been a customer of the Co-operators for 7 years and currently live in Barrie ON. Five years ago I was in Niagara Falls for a short while and in that time I met Katy and the Giancola team and switched agencies. Never have I ever received better customer service, assistance with choosing insurance products (that suit my needs) and compassion from Katy and her associates. In fact, their level of professionalism, fast action and concern for covering my needs is what made me stay their loyal client even after returning to Barrie. After a recent experience that was handled by Katy and the Giancola team perfectly, I thought it was about time to leave a 5 star review.

This insurance company only takes your money and not cover you in case you were in an accident, they wont cover your property lost or for your injuries i don’t recommend them to anyone i had really bad experience with them been with them for 4 years no accidents no claims when i do have a claim they dont cover me

poor customer services. called in local office to make some changes on existing policy. the rep said there will be some licensed person call back but not. called again and left msg, still no call back. so irresponsible to clients.

Have been working with this office for the past few years. Very personable people and they work to get you the best coverage.
