I recently had an extremely negative experience with Desjardins, specifically involving my account manager Rajeev Arora and subsequent interactions with the branch. Here are the details of my interactions with Jessica Cavezza's branch: 1. **Unprofessional Conduct by Rajeev Arora:** Rajeev repeatedly called me during work hours despite my requests to respect my time. He accused me of lying about an accident, which was completely unfounded as I had been transparent from the beginning. His tone was consistently rude and confrontational, making me feel harassed and uncomfortable. Additionally, Rajeev’s emails were unprofessional, borderline child-like, often using shorthand like "pls" and other text abbreviations, which is not appropriate for someone handling your financial matters. 2. **Lack of Resolution from Jessica Cavezza:** After these interactions, I reached out to branch manager Jessica Cavezza, who apologized for Rajeev's behavior and promised she would speak with him and informed me that I would need to provide a driver’s abstract to continue with them. I declined and explicitly stated that I would not be giving them my business. 3. **Unauthorized Car Insurance Policy:** Despite my clear refusal, I received a car insurance policy this week that was set up without my permission. This policy is extremely overpriced, and contradicts what I was told last week—that I would need to provide a driver’s abstract to even get a quote. This indicates a severe lack of communication and professionalism within the branch. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I was subjected to unprofessional behavior, disrespect, and an unauthorized policy setup. Desjardins' service has been completely unacceptable, and I will be taking my business elsewhere and highly recommend others to do the same. I am deeply disappointed with how this situation was handled and urge others to be cautious in their dealings with Desjardins.
