I have been a 7 year customer to Desjardin Certa auto insurance and I have to say thank you To Amanda Rouse she's handled all my car issues professionally and goes above and beyond to get me the proper information and paper work. Also works fast in a timely matter to make sure my time isn't wasted. I also appreciate every one at this firm I've dealt with over the years!

I wish i could rate this team with more than 5 stars! Cassandra is being working with me after i was involved on a very bad accident that put me in a bad situation. This is the person i was needing as a back up against all the bad things you can get after a car accdient. I have had nothing but a good experience with Travis' office. It was difficult for me to come back home after being away for an extended time and have them explain my policies and options to me. I actually had to go through a handful of other agencies who didn't go to the same lengths as Travis' office to be thorough and make sure everything was as I needed. Spencer is currently looking after my policies and has been extremely helpful.
