Very helpful while you are a client; however, they do not take a proactive approach to "going to market" to find the best pricing when your plan renews every year. Our company decided to go with another broker and different insurance provider. We received a less than polite (and rather snarky) email instead of being professional and understanding that we were working to find the best fit for and acting in our company's and employees' best interests... Overall, fairly disappointed in their conduct especially after having been with them for 10+ years.
