I contacted John from the butler insurance company. He took information about my property and he told me he will get back to me after few days. I did not hear from him for a couple of weeks. Then I called him x2 and left a messages. I still have not heard from this guy. He is a liar. He says one thing and does another thing. Very disappointed at him. He is definitely not very professional. At least he could have returned my phone calls and tell me that he failed to get me an insurance quote. His service was 0/10.

Due to a death in the family I've recently had to deal with Butler M Insurance Ltd and I will say I'm impressed. The lady who answers the phone has the most pleasant voice and demeanor. John Butler is a pleasure to speak and deal with. He's great at explaining and clarifying on any questions or concerns a customer could have. In person the team is as personable and pleasant as well as eager to serve as they are on the phone. I now completely understand why the rest of my family have been committed customers for many many years. Now that I've experienced Butler they're at the top of my list when I'm looking in the very near future to obtain new insurance.

I called this company 3 times over 3 days, each time being promised a return call from John. I was trying to insure a 7-plex that I had just purchased. John was the insuring agent for the current owner. Naturally, I thought Butler's may want to keep this account. I didn't get a call back after my repeated requests for a quote. What a disappointing waste of time attempting to call Butler. I now have it insured with Cooperators who gave me a terrific rate and exceptional service.

You can get prices yourself all you want ...but at butler's you can get a better rate...so save some time and book yourself in..hope you can get in this year...
