I was looking to get back on the road ,with my motorcycle. Youngs insurance representative Oksauna was there every step of the way with the required paperwork and documents. Her excellent professionalism is why I was able to be on the road ,the same day! 5/5

Got to be one of the most disorganized brokerages out there. Impossible to get ahold of, messed up files and they talk down to their clients. Their negligence not only cost me hundreds of dollars but also left me vehicle without insurance over a long weekend. If you can get ahold of the you talk to a different person every time even thought you have a "dedicated" broker. And if you email your broker don't expect a response till a month later. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

So all I wanted was a quote on an upgrade in cc's for a motorcycle I was about to buy from Clares Cycle in Fonthill....dealer is still waiting for me to buy but i cant because of this cluster mess of a broker..dealer could not believe this story either as I had to call them and explain the hold up.....I have my present bike insured by Youngs. So ....I called on Wed May 29th at 9 am.... was told by receptionist that I am a digital customer...dont know what that ment ..Syed will help you I will put you through ...their system said he would be right with me ...after 2 mins cuts right to v mail...left message ..called back 3 more times throughout the day left messages got v mails and got no response at all the remainder of the day...now not happy called at 425pm again told reception about my problem....she seemed slightly concerned ..she put through immediatly to a guy who said and I quote ...I can't give you a quote in the next 1 min ....you see it's 430pm ..I can only do this first thing in the morning and get back to you ..ok I am good with that ....left him vin # of bike purchasing as he asked ...well it's now 10pm Thursday night the 30 th of May ...and have heard nothing from this employee the entire day... I am so glad I don't have my home and 2 vehicles insured by this broker as their customer service is tottally non existent...and to add insult to injury the guy on the phone had a terrible deamener and seemed really pissed by his voice that he had to answer the phone 2 mins before his day was over...didn't like his tone at all.....if it wasn't for customers pal you wouldn't have a job...I can seriously say I would never ever recommend this broker to anyone specially any of my biking buddies or new riders this company is a total non caring entity . I am looking forward to cancelling my policy even if it cost more elsewhere it will be the best thing I ever did .Since covid it seems people just don't care about anything anymore specially at this broker. It's really sad to be honest . Never ran into this at any insurance broker in 40 years ..so surprising but still not that surprising .
